Rooftop solar and solar carports on a commercial resort property

Solar for Your Business

Lower your energy costs. Keep the lights on when the grid goes down.

Rooftop, ground mount, and carport solar with battery storage, for hotels, retail centers, industrial facilities, cold storage, and institutions in Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Own the system and take the tax benefits, or pay nothing upfront and simply buy the power for less than you pay now.

Roof, ground, or parking lot. We build all three.

Most commercial buildings have more usable solar area than the owner thinks. If the roof is too small, too old, or too crowded with equipment, the array goes on the ground or over the parking. We size the system around your load and your site, not around whichever configuration is easiest to sell.

Rooftop Solar

The most common commercial installation and usually the fastest to build. We design around your existing roof structure, its remaining service life, and your equipment layout. If the roof needs replacement first, we can package the reroof with the system so the combined cost lands close to what a reroof alone would have cost.

Ground Mount Solar

For facilities with usable land next to the building. Ground mount systems can be sized well beyond what a roof allows, they are simpler to service, and they take the structural question off the table entirely.

Solar Carports

Covered parking that generates power. Carports turn unused asphalt into your largest production area, and they deliver something your tenants, guests, and employees notice every day: shade. For hotels, retail centers, auto dealers, and campuses, this is often the highest-value configuration on the site.

Battery Storage

Pairs with any of the three. Critical loads stay live when the grid fails, with automatic islanding, and stored power offsets your most expensive hours.

Electricity costs keep climbing

Solar locks in lower, predictable energy spend for decades.

Grid outages stop your operations

Commercial battery storage keeps critical loads running when the grid doesn't.

Sustainability targets with no plan

Measurable clean-energy production that strengthens ESG reporting.

How it works

01

Request your free assessment. We analyze your facility and 12 months of utility bills.

02

Get a custom system design with projected savings, payback period, and financing options.

03

We install, maintain, and support your system, and you start saving from day one.

Two ways to go solar

Own it

You fund the system, or we arrange the financing, and you keep everything: the federal investment tax credit, accelerated depreciation, and every dollar of energy savings for the life of the asset. Best for owners with tax appetite and available capital.

Buy the power instead

We build, own, operate, insure, and maintain the system on your roof at no cost to you. You sign a long-term energy agreement and pay a fixed rate set below what your utility charges today, for the full term. No capital outlay, no maintenance obligation, no exposure to utility rate increases. You have the option to buy the system at the end of the term.

Monitoring, Maintenance & Support

Local teams, ongoing monitoring, and service for the life of the system.

We build around each market's climate, regulations, and energy needs.

Questions executives ask us first

How much can my business actually save?
Depends on your rate, load profile, and roof or land area. The free assessment produces a facility specific savings and payback projection before you commit to anything.
What happens when the grid goes down?
Systems with battery storage island automatically and keep your critical loads running through outages.
Will construction disrupt my operations?
Work is phased around your operating hours; most facilities experience zero downtime.
What about financing and incentives?
We structure projects around available federal and local incentives and financing options, and your proposal includes the full capital picture.
Who maintains the system after it is built?
We do. Local team, ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and support. You are never routed to a mainland call center.
My roof is too small, too old, or too full of equipment. Is that the end of it?
No, and it is one of the most common situations we see. If the roof will not carry the system, the array goes on the ground beside the building or over the parking lot. Carports in particular often produce more than the roof would have, and they add covered parking your tenants and guests actually value. If the roof is simply at the end of its life, we can package the replacement with the system so it gets solved once.
Do your own crews do the work?
Our engineering, design, and project management are in-house. Installation is performed by vetted commercial solar contractors in your market, under our design standards and our quality control, and backed by our project management. Working with strong local crews is deliberate: it keeps warranty response local and it keeps our partners busy.
